A family-oriented, fast-growing distribution company based in Santa Fe Springs is on the hunt for a Accountant to help drive financial success and keep things running smoothly.

Salary: $75k - $80k

What’s in store for you:

• Manage the Month-End Close – You’ll be the financial rockstar ensuring everything balances perfectly.
• Cash Flow & Balance Sheet – Your expertise will guide us in managing cash flow and maintaining a healthy balance sheet.
• Commissions & AR Payment Posting – Track and manage commissions and ensure AR payments are posted without a hitch.
• Payroll Processing – Take the reins on payroll and ensure our team is paid accurately and on time.
• Collaboration with Leadership – Work closely with the President and CPA firm on all things financial – your voice matters!

This role starts on-site for up to 90 days or so with the option to transition to 2 days from home once you’ve proven your awesomeness. ?

What we’re looking for:

• A BA Degree in Accounting (or related field)
• Strong Excel skills (you know the formulas and shortcuts!)
• Experience with Great Plains ERP is a plus (but we’ll help you get up to speed!)
• Outstanding communication skills – Proactive, clear, and confident with the President
• Deadline-driven with impeccable work ethic – You get things done on time, every time
