We are currently seeking an AP Specialist f or our client located in Brea. This position will be working onsite.
Key Duties for the AP Specialist :
- Responsible for processing the AP invoices, including 2 / 3-way matching and purchase orders
- Entering the invoices in the Great Plains accounting system
- Set up the vendor files and maintain the records
- Handle the vendor management, research and discrepancies
- Print the aging reports to verify payment dates
