What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inventory and Parts Clerk position at Advantic Building Group?
Advantic delivers structural solutions utilizing conventional and advanced fiber-reinforced polymer composite material systems. The Inventory and Parts Clerk will maintain daily reports for invoices and shipments to identify which products needs to be replenished, track inventory, and manage the organization of the warehouse.
- Maintains inventory databases for supplies and materials used.
- Maintains accurate daily records of goods received and shipments made.
- Conducts frequent spot and partial audits of physical inventory.
- Performs monthly inventory audits.
- Assists shipping and receiving clerk as needed.
- High School diploma or GED or three to six months’ related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum six months to one year of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
