Advantis Medical is seeking an experienced Rehab Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel nursing job in Nashville, Tennessee.

Job Description:

Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients ensuring their well-being and recovery as a Rehab travel nurse. Ensure patient dignity and comfort while maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans based on assessment of physical, emotional, and social needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians and participate in the development and implementation of the plan of care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' conditions and report findings to supervisors or other healthcare professionals as needed.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of Rehab staff experience or equivalent.
• BSN Degree or Associate of Science in Nursing.
• Current nursing license.
• A valid State Issued Driver's License or State ID.
