The Project Coordinator role is within our Professional Services team and is responsible for the administration of product implementation and expansion projects for our customers and partners. Project Coordinators interact with internal resources to setup and close projects verifying deliverables have been met. These projects are built using our project methodology for Lite and Lite projects which encompasses project upkeep and assignments in OpenAir.

What You Will Do
- Administer the project from setup to closure
- Monitor the efforts of the required internal specialists/departments
- Monitor the execution of project activities in accordance with Advantive’s implementation methodology
- Manage project budgets
- Project change order management
- Manage communications between our internal team, customers and other project participants as needed
- Administer multiple projects concurrently
- Work within the standard business hours of 9am - 5pm ET
- 2 years coordinating small technical projects, desirably Enterprise software, with an eye to managing risk, scope, and budget
- Experience delivering project results to external clients, desirably in a professional services context (billable)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience working on projects requiring coordination with multiple vendors
- Experience using resource/time tracking tool(s) such as OpenAir
- Experience using project plan tool(s) such as SmartSheet
- Excellent English written and verbal communication, including the ability to work with all levels of internal and external organizations in an assertive manner
- Strong forecasting, planning, and project reporting skills
- Must be able to work in the Tampa, FL office Mon-Fri
