Reporting to Advantix's Director Corporate Accountant, the Staff Accountant will be a dynamic individual who is knowledgeable and passionate about telecommunication solutions and is highly customer-focused and efficient. Duties and Responsibilities :
- Reconcile company's bank accounts and credit cards
- Enter partial AP invoices
- Reconcile cash daily
- Being a back up to the Director of Corporate Accounting
- Support functions of AP and AR as needed
- Support financial functions of key products
- Support financial aspects of procurement
- QuickBooks administration and support
- Perform other related duties as assigned Other :
- Travel may be required for the execution of the duties of the position
- Advantix may allocate such additional duties for this position as informed by the
- Director of Corporate Accounting from time to time as necessary to meet the business needs of Advantix. Compensation : For positions with just a base salary : Compensation Range : $50,000 - `,000 Actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on a number of variables including work experience, education and skills / achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
