A global leader in industrial solutions seeks a Production Manager to oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations in Southeast Kansas. This role leads hourly associates to meet strategic objectives in a fast-paced, continuous improvement environment.
Anticipated Pay/Benefits:
- Salary: $80K–$90K
- Benefits: Insurance, 401K, PTO
- Schedule: M–F, standard hours, onsite
- Pittsburgh/Parsons, KS area
Responsibilities:
- Direct and coordinate production activities to meet company KPIs.
- Lead hourly associates in a continuous improvement environment.
- Plan production schedules, prioritize tasks, and manage resources (manpower, equipment).
- Collaborate with procurement, maintenance, and quality control to optimize operations.
- Analyze reports to identify and resolve production/quality issues.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or 6 months to 1 year of production management experience.
- Ability to read blueprints, prints, and specifications.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
