We are looking for a skilled Procurement Manager to oversee vendor management and source raw materials and equipment. This role includes managing two Purchasing Coordinators and contributing to growth of the company.
Anticipate $80K - $100K annually, BOE

Key responsibilities :
Manage procurement processes and vendor relationships.
Assist in the transition to a new ERP system
Collaborate closely with the team to ensure all purchasing activities meet operational needs.
Other responsibilities :
Develop and implement purchasing strategies.
Create and manage purchase orders and budgets.
Track metrics to reduce costs and enhance efficiency.
Negotiate deals with favorable terms.
Monitor market trends and buyer-supplier dynamics.
Forecast demand levels.
Conduct cost analysis and benchmarking.
Assess and mitigate risks in procurement.
Establish and improve purchasing procedures.
Partner with reliable vendors.
Determine delivery schedules.
Draft and review contracts, communicating clearly in writing and verbally.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
5 years of experience in procurement, especially with metals and equipment.
Seeking managerial-level experience (in purchasing / procurement)
Experience in contract development and vendor management.
