DIRECT HIRE | GRAPHIC DESIGNER | KCMO
Our client is looking for a talented Graphic Design Specialist to join their team and support multiple brands. This position focuses on creating impactful designs for both print and digital materials. (Engineering / Industrial Manufacturing related)
Anticipate $60-$70K , BOE
Prefer past Graphic Design experience related to Engineering / Construction (Industrial Manufacturing)
Full suite of benefits, 401K, PTO / Holidays
Office, M-F, 8-5
Key Responsibilities :
Ensure all designs align with brand-specific styles and marketing guidelines.
Produce engaging graphics for print and digital formats while adhering to accessibility standards (compliance standards)
Understand project visual needs and create sketches, illustrations, and infographics that effectively communicate ideas.
Combine photography, illustrations, and text to design layouts for various projects.
Work on a range of materials, including logos, brochures, and infographics.
Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Minimum Qualifications :
Associate's Degree in Graphic Design, Web Design / Development, or a related field.
At least 2 years in graphic design, publication layout, and multimedia content creation.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
Advanced MS Office proficiency and familiarity with file-sharing platforms (Google Drive, Dropbox).
Strong written and verbal communication abilities, experience with virtual collaboration tools.
High level of accuracy in design work.
Ability to manage various projects while remaining organized.
Initiative to work independently and deliver quality results.
