Human Resources Associate

Seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual for anHR Associate position. This role supports the HR team by driving recruitment efforts and assisting with essential human resources tasks. Tailoredfor an early-career professional with some experience, passionate about advancing talent acquisition initiatives while actively contributing to the full scope of HR operations.

• Anticipate $21-$25/hour, dependent on experience
• Full suite of benefits, 401K, PTO, etc.
• Onsite, M-F, potential for overtime pay

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating candidate interviews
• Maintain accurate candidate and employee records in the HR system
• Support onboarding by preparing materials and facilitating new hire orientations
• Respond to basic employee and candidate inquiries about recruitment or HR processes
• Compile recruitment data (e.g., applicant numbers, hiring timelines) for team reports
• Help with HR tasks like benefits enrollment support or policy updates as needed
• Ensure recruitment activities follow company guidelines and basic compliance standards

Qualifications:

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (not required)
• 1-2 years of experience in HR or recruitment (e.g., internships or part-time roles)
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and basic HR processes
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn HR software
