DIRECT HIRE | SALES EXECUTIVE | KCMO
Client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales & account management professional. This role combines elements of sales, account management, and strategic partnership building, focusing on providing cutting-edge power solutions to key markets.
Anticipate $80K-$95K annual base, BOE
Uncapped commission (envision OTE to be $130K-$150K, all-in)

Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within specified market
Manage the entire client lifecycle, from initial prospecting to deal closure and ongoing support
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor power solutions to meet specific client needs
Conduct market research and stay abreast of industry trends to inform business development strategies
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
Maintain accurate records and forecasts using CRM software
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
Proven track record in business development, sales, and account management (3 years preferred)
Strong understanding of power solution technologies and market dynamics
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools
Willingness to travel (approximately 25% of the time) for client meetings and industry events
