Job Summary
We are currently seeking to fill a full-time general office assistant / clerical position. Duties include, but are not limited to, answering multiple incoming calls, routing calls, assisting customers on phone and in person, assisting closers and processors, obtaining information for orders, general office duties, data entry / typing and additional tasks as assigned by supervisor / managers. Applicant must be able to work well under pressure and understand the demands of a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service experience is required. Knowledge of basic office computer programs and office equipment is also required. Hours will be Monday through Friday 8:30 -5:00. If interested, please send your resume to anna@advatitle.com. Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize computer skills to manage office tasks, including data entry and filing.
- Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Maintain organized records and ensure efficient office operations.
- Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy.
- Support team members with clerical tasks and office management as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
