Job Duties:
- Perform thorough and accurate patient assessments and provide competent nursing care across the continuum from pediatric to geriatric patients
- Maintain accurate patient documentation, including assessments, patient education, and progress toward outcomes
- Uphold hospital policies, procedures, and patient safety goals while maintaining confidentiality and working collaboratively with the care team
- Perform direct care and monitor patients during invasive procedures. Support pre- and post-procedure care, including patient teaching and assessment
- Demonstrate knowledge of emergency equipment and respond appropriately in critical situations
- Actively involve patients and families in understanding procedures and instructions before, during, and after surgery
- Minimum of2 years critical care experience
- BLS(Basic Life Support)
- ACLS(Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
