Job Summary
We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our rapidly growing team. The successful candidate will initiate the sales process by preparing proposals, completing account setup, and understanding customer requirements.
The ideal candidate will partner with the sales team to increase sales and customer service in their region. They will present and pitch pipeline and industrial products and solutions, create and maintain a database of prospective clients, and make outbound calls to potential customers daily.
The role involves following up on new leads and qualifying referrals resulting from inbound lead generation. The representative will also assist in creating RFP responses to potential clients, maintain sales materials, and attend sales training classes as directed to enhance current and future product knowledge.
The goal is to expand sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services, establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships, and act as a liaison between customers and other operations of the branch to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
