We are seeking a reliable Certified Nurse Aide to join our nursing leadership team. The Director of Nursing Assistants will be responsible for supervising CNA / CMAs in the nursing department for the following aspects : hiring, training, accountability, ensuring required competency trainings are conducted and documented, nursing schedule, and compliance pieces.

Certified as a Nurse Aide in the State of Kansas or the willingness to complete the state requirements to obtain a certification.
Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed.
