- Certification as a Dietary Manager, Food Service Management Degree (or currently be enrolled in a CDM program) that meets state and federal care regulations.
- At least two years of progressive and relevant experience
- Knowledge of FDA and USDA regulations regarding food practices and handling required.
- Current Safe Food Handler certificate a plus
- Basic math skills
- Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed.
