What will you do?
As a Leasing Professional, you'll focus on sales, customer service, and resident retention. You'll play a key role in leasing apartments, building rapport with prospects, and meeting leasing goals in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work as part of an elite team to achieve high occupancy, deliver excellent service, and represent the property with a friendly and professional demeanor. Weekend work is essential to reach your goals and maximize your earnings with commissions on top of competitive pay.
What we’re looking for:
- 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced leasing or sales environment (preferably in apartment communities)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other leasing tools
