What You’ll Do:
- Assist the Community Manager in overseeing core business processes, including leasing, resident relations, marketing, maintenance, financial management, vendor relations, recruitment, and team development.
- Deliver reliable and friendly service to residents, team members, vendors, and investors with accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure resident satisfaction and support financial goals through back-office support and collections.
- Serve as a key leader in the absence of the Community Manager, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-3 years of experience as an assistant manager in property management is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), CRM Software, and Payroll Software.
