What will you be doing?
As a Community Manager, you’ll oversee a multi-million-dollar property, managing everything from leasing and resident relations to marketing, maintenance, and team development. You’ll drive sales, ensure performance, and lead your team to success. This role requires strong leadership, customer service, and the ability to work independently.
What we’re looking for:
- 2-3 years of management experience in multi-family properties (preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and payroll software
