The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing third-party SEO and PPC efforts, ensuring effective performance, and presenting reporting to key stakeholders. This role does not involve direct execution of campaigns but requires strong oversight, strategy alignment, and analytical reporting to drive digital marketing success.
Additionally, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and reporting of key marketing software platforms. This includes ensuring proper integration, troubleshooting technical issues, and leveraging data insights to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
1. SEO & PPC Oversight (Primary Function)
- Manage third-party SEO and PPC vendors to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Analyze and interpret performance reports, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
- Present monthly and quarterly digital marketing reports to leadership.
- Ensure paid media strategies align with lead generation and conversion goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure website and landing pages are optimized for SEO and PPC campaigns.
2. Marketing Software Management (Setup, Maintenance & Reporting)
The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee the following platforms to ensure they are properly configured, maintained, and utilized for performance tracking:
- Soci – Manage setup, permissions, and reporting for social media publishing and reputation management.
- Lineups Design Assistant – Oversee template setup and ensure brand consistency in marketing materials.
- CheckPoint ID – Ensure proper integration and tracking of fraud prevention tools for leasing.
- Elise AI – Monitor chatbot performance, track lead response times, and report on engagement metrics.
- J Turner – Oversee reputation management tools, ensuring review monitoring and resident feedback data are utilized effectively.
- Entrata Marketing – Manage campaign tracking, ensure accurate data flow, and oversee lead attribution reporting.
- Website Adjustments – Work with developers and vendors to implement website changes that improve user experience, SEO, and conversion rates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience : 5 years in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO, PPC, and marketing technology.
- Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz), and CRM/marketing automation platforms.
- Analytical Skills : Ability to interpret digital marketing metrics and generate actionable insights.
- Project Management : Experience managing vendors, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring deliverables are met.
- Communication : Strong presentation skills to convey digital marketing performance to leadership.
- Attention to Detail : Ensuring data accuracy and platform functionality for marketing tools.
