As a Service Manager at Advenir Living, you will play a pivotal role in leading our maintenance team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include managing maintenance requests, coordinating renovations, and providing exceptional customer service to our residents. You will work closely with your Community Manager to drive resident satisfaction, lease renewals, and achieve property goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need 3-5 years of experience in property management, preferably as an Assistant Service Manager or Service Manager. You must possess strong technical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and professionalism. EPA Universal Certification is required.
