What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager - Membership Admissions position at Advent Christian Village?
- Manage CRM data base
- Establish & achieve sales & admissions goals for community housing areas
- Work closely with marketing staff on all advertising communications
- Cultivate relationships; encourage personal visits to tour ACV campus; lead tours as needed
- Complete preliminary survey to best match visitors with available residential options & membership services
- Must be personable, professional, & communicate well**
- Notary strongly preferred
- Prior experience in residential admissions or real estate sales office strongly preferred
- Valid Florida DL required**
