- 5 years of RPG Experience.
- Someone who can work autonomously
- SQL
- AS/400 knowledge and experience

Preferences:
- Financial Experience. Calling this a strong preference but they understand the RPG market is shrinking.
- Java knowledge. What they are moving to.
- RPG ILE (Service Programs)
