Job Title: Senior Accounting and Finance Professional
Location: Houston, TX
Duration: 6 Months

*Job Summary:*
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced accounting and finance professional to lead our financial reporting, planning, and analysis efforts, as well as ensure compliance with corporate governance, risk management, and internal controls frameworks. The successful candidate will have expertise in accounting, finance, MIS, S4 HANA, SOX, COSO, and COBIT.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Lead financial reporting, planning, and analysis efforts
- Ensure compliance with SOX, GAAP, and other regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain internal controls and procedures in accordance with COSO framework
- Implement and manage S4 HANA financial systems
- Collaborate with external auditors and internal stakeholders
- Develop and manage financial dashboards and MIS reports
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members
- Ensure adherence to corporate governance principles and best practices
- Implement and maintain risk management and internal controls framework in accordance with COBIT
*Requirements:*
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 12 years of experience in accounting, finance, and internal controls
- Expertise in S4 HANA, SOX compliance, COSO, and COBIT frameworks
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and planning
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
