Private Christian school in Boca Raton is seeking a full time teacher for the 2023-2024 school year. This teaching position requires the ability to plan, organize and implement an appropriate instructional program
Specific Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited educational institution.
2. Valid Florida teacher certification.
3. Satisfactory criminal background check and drug screening.
4. Knowledge of child growth and development
5. Knowledge of different learning styles and ability to use varied teaching methods
6. Ability to communicate orally and in writing with parents and others
7. Ability to plan and implement activities for maximum effectiveness
8. Basic understanding and knowledge of current technology
9. Ability to maintain student supervision so that students have a safe and orderly environment in which to learn
10. Ability to assess levels of student achievement effectively, analyze test results, and prescribe actions for improvement
11. Ability to work effectively with peers, administrators and others.
12. Must be supportive of the mission and vision of the church
