This position is contingent upon contract awardPosition : Facility Management Support
Location : Tyndall AFB, Florida supporting A4.
Mandatory Qualifications :
Must at minimum have an active Secret Level Security Clearance.This position requires a minimum of five years of experience in facility management to meet this requirement.Responsibilities :
The contractor shall provide a facility manager for the Killey Center which consist of three (3) buildings (1210, 1212, and 1214).The contractor shall ensure the optimal functioning of building systems including mechanical, electrical, and fire / life safety through planned maintenance inspections (PMI).The contractor shall use AF Form 332, Base Civil Engineer Work Request, and Microsoft (MS) office to initiate and document repairs, deficiencies, alterations, and new construction.The contractor shall coordinate support functions (such as vendors, custodial, security, fire, safety, health and environmental, and network infrastructure).The contractor shall verify projects are in compliance with building codes, regulations, and life safety standards.The contractor shall maintain and update documents and records using automated systems.The contractor shall serve as the energy conservation monitor.The contractor shall maintain key control. Keys that are not assigned to specific individuals shall not be removed from the installation without approval from the COR.The contractor shall respond to fire department or security forces emergency calls to the Killey Center.The contractor shall be a liaison to the COR for the custodial contract within the Killey Center.The contractor shall liaise between the 325th FW and AFNORTH / AFSPACE regarding facility issues.Advents benefits program includes comprehensive medical, dental and vision care, matching 401K, vacation time, sick time, life insurance, disability coverage, and other benefits that help provide financial protection for you and your family.
