This position is responsible for reconciling historical transactional data as part of or new clients’ migration onto the Black Diamond platform. It requires a detailed, thorough, organized person who needs minimal supervision with strong written and oral communication skills to process and audit data for our clients. Candidates should be able to interact with colleagues at all levels in a fast-paced environment and should be enthusiastic with a creative mindset to solve problems and help grow the company. Responsibilities Complete reconciliation of client transactional data as part of the historical data conversion from other platforms onto Black Diamond Analyze incoming information to provide accurate and consistent data to clients Perform post-project audits and associated adjustments to ensure data was converted properly Use the Black Diamond reporting system to aid in research and validation of data Resolve research items submitted by service teams and clients Monitor automatic data jobs to ensure accuracy and completion Communicate and coordinate with other internal and external groups to provide industry-leading service to clients Assist with system and product development enhancements Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree from accredited institution in a Business, Finance, or Computer Science related field, or equivalent experience Finance/Accounting/Auditing experience required Ability to work with large data sets Problem-solving and analytical mindset Strong communication and organizational skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel Why SS&C?
