- Hybrid Schedule : In-office Monday-Wednesday, Remote Thursday-Friday
- Location : Saint Paul, MN
- Compensation : $29-30 / hour
- Hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM

Responsibilities :
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with distributors within your assigned territoryManage and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism, expertise, and a solutions-oriented mindsetOversee the end-to-end order process from initiation to fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate deliveriesInvestigate and resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns to ensure satisfaction and foster loyaltyMaintain detailed, up-to-date CRM records and document all customer interactions for future referenceCollaborate with sales teams to drive customer growth and identify opportunities for improvementProvide in-depth product knowledge and support to customers, assisting them in making informed decisionsWork cross-functionally with other teams to meet and exceed customer expectationsQualifications :
2-3 years of experience in customer support, with a focus on service excellence1-2 years of experience using CRM systems to manage customer interactionsStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to resolve problems efficiently and professionallyAbility to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail, with excellent organizational and documentation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Previous inside / tele sales experience is a plusExperience in distributor relationship management is highly desirableEligible employees will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including :
