HR Manager Job Description
The Advent Talent Group is seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to oversee various aspects of human resources, including employee benefits, compliance with labor laws, and management of HR operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage employee benefits programs, including health, dental, and retirement plans, in collaboration with third-party administrators.
- Manage employee records, ensuring accurate documentation for terminations, audits, and exit interviews.
- Address employee concerns, manage unemployment claims, and workers' compensation cases.
- Supervise the HR Generalist and assist with payroll audits, performance reviews, job postings, and day-to-day HR operations.
- Contribute to HR strategy, improving processes and systems to align with company goals and enhance departmental efficiency.
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Advanced degree preferred).
- Strong expertise in benefits administration and HR compliance (ACA, COBRA, OSHA, FMLA, etc.).
- Technical proficiency in HR tools and systems (prior experience with HR software is a plus).
Work Environment:
This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
