Advent Talent Group is seeking a detail-oriented, problem-solving Store Support Specialist for our client in Minneapolis, MN, who provides cutting-edge technology to overcome hearing loss. This key role supports the Franchise Support team, assisting franchise store leaders, teams, and field leaders. As the primary contact for operational questions and troubleshooting, you'll ensure smooth store operations. - Hours : Full-time | Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM
- Hybrid Work Model : In-office on Tuesdays in Minneapolis, MN
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for store leaders and teams, addressing day-to-day operational questions and concerns with urgency.Manage approximately 10 complex calls per day, partnering with internal and external teams to resolve operational issues and ensure seamless service delivery.Support new technology initiatives, including the rollout of new systems and processes (e.g., Synova, our new manufacturer).Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and support process improvement initiatives.Provide ongoing support for strategic initiatives and assist with the transition of new systems into regular business operations.Help identify areas for process improvement and contribute to solutions.Maintain a professional and personable demeanor, supporting store teams and creating an excellent experience for franchise leaders and customers.Qualifications
1 years in a support-based or customer service role, with required call center experience; store support or IT Help Desk experience is a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and experienced with phone systems and ticket / issue management platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow).Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technology-related issues, particularly during system implementations and transitions.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and empathetic approach to supporting store teams and leadership.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently.Detail-oriented and customer-focused, consistently delivering high-quality support with a personable, service-driven demeanor.Eligible employees will enjoy the following benefits with Advent Talent Group :
