Overview
Advent FS is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our government customers and their consumer customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with our brand, from our Elizabethtown, KY location. Duties
- Provide support with fluency in English and Spanish.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist Advent Government clients and end user consumers with inquiries and provide solutions.
- Participates in the Live Chat queue and ticket system to resolve questions and provide technical assistance from both Advent Government clients and end user consumers.
- Accepts consumer telephone payments for incurred Government debt.
- Deliver high-quality services by addressing customer needs effectively and efficiently.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, ensuring that all information is conveyed accurately to the customers consumer.
- Enters and manages customer case data on behalf of Advent Government clients.
Experience
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must pass a background check and drug test.
- Proficiency and experience in telephone Customer Service and live chats is a must.
- Data entry proficiency and experience, including proficient typing speed and close attention to detail.
- Must be able to multi task.
- Written and verbal Spanish and English preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow procedures and take direction in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office desktop products. experiences while developing your skills in a supportive environment!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
