The role you’ll contribute:
Assist with development, implementation, and organization of the overall Ortho program. The Coordinator will coordinate the efforts between surgeons, hospital administration and staff while tracking the progress of the program and identifying areas that require attention. The Coordinator is responsible for participating in program management, report generation and review, process improvement, patient satisfaction, facilities review, and administrative activities within the Center.

- Participates and fulfills duties as outlined in the Clinical Excellence Program.
- Represents total joint care in meetings.
- Develop standardized care plans with surgeons including: pre-op, post-op and discharge orders.
- Ensure appropriate pre-op preparation and education for patients.
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, physical therapy, or related field.
- Experience managing resources in a clinical environment either directly or indirectly.
- Current license issued by the state of Colorado in clinical field of relevance (RN, PT, OT, other related field)
- BCLS - Basic Life Support
