About the Role:
- Develop and implement clinical operations strategies to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve hospital metrics and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of clinical operations activities.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 3 years of direct Clinical Operations experience in an acute care setting.
- 2 years of Manager-level (or above) experience in Clinical Operations Leadership.
- RN or MSW degree required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
