AdventHealth Kansas City, a leading faith based not for profit health system, is searching for a BC/BE Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join our fabulous team in the suburbs of Kansas City. We are a busy practice with a comprehensive cardiovascular program inclusive of EP, Complex PCI, Structural Heart, HF and Open-Heart Surgery. Our group consists of 8 Non-Invasives, 4 Interventionalists, 2 Electrophysiologists, 2 Cardiothoracic Surgeons, and 13 APPs.
Non-Inviasive Cardiologist Details
We are a not-for-profit, faith-based hospital system. With 3 hospitals, the Kansas City region is the fastest growing member of the AdventHealth System (53 hospitals nationwide) with a 4th location opening in 2025. Our region serves communities in both Kansas and Missouri with our integrated network of hospitals, outpatient clinics, urgent cares, and other facilities that help our community members feel whole at every age and every stage of life.
Located in suburban Kansas City, Overland Park (KS) is one of the country’s wealthiest communities with beautiful established neighborhoods, upscale shopping centers, and nationally top-ranked public-school systems. It sits in the heart of Johnson County, which offers an extensive park and trail system that includes 24 trails extending over 98 miles. The Kansas City area is home to great professional and college sports teams and is the host of the FIFA World Cup in 2026. There is an incredible entertainment scene featuring the Kauffman Performing Arts Center, the Nelson-Atkins Art Gallery, and the T-Mobile Center. Non-Inviasive Cardiologist Details
- 12-month initial base salary of $600,000
- After year one, full production at $61/wRVU
- Sign-on bonus of $20,000
- Average volume is 10-12 patients in hospital and 20 patients in clinic
- Clinic procedures include echo, nuclear stress tests, TEE, CTA, MR
- Call rotation is 1:7-8 weeknights and every 3-4 weekends
- Retirement program comprised of a 403(b) matching account and a 457(b) deferred compensation savings plan.
- Offerings include medical, vision, dental, life insurance, disability coverage
- Malpractice coverage
- 30 days off per year plus six recognized holidays
- Continuing medical education (CME) allowance of $4,500 per year
- Maternity and Paternity along with excellent onsite childcare facility
