AdventHealth Medical Group in Sebring is seeking to employ a dynamic APRN/PA to join our thriving and robust Urology Team. Team comprised of 2 Urologists with offices in Sebring and Lake Placid. Work autonomously with solid patient volumes and a variety of duties.

Located in the heart of the Florida peninsula, AdventHealth Sebring has enjoyed a special place in Avon Park and the surrounding communities for 50 years. It is one of the area’s largest employers. In addition to a 171-bed facility in Sebring, AdventHealth operates a 33-bed satellite facility in Lake Placid and a new 25-bed Critical Access facility in Wauchula. The division also includes several outpatient therapy centers. With a total of 229 beds, more than 1,200 employees and a medical staff of over 150, AdventHealth Sebring serves 87,000 inpatient, outpatient and emergency visits per year. More than 1,000 babies were born at AdventHealth Sebring last year. AdventHealth Sebring is operated in the tradition of Adventist healthcare, which recognizes that total health is achieved through the proper balance of physical, mental, social and spiritual well-being. AdventHealth Wauchula became part of Adventist Health System in 1993, providing inpatient, transitional care, outpatient and emergency services in Hardee County.

- Handling Inbox messaging, administrative duties as required
- 2 years’ experience as APRN/PA in Urology
- Three years of previous experience as RN preferred
- Urology experience is a plus but not required.
- Care for patients using evidence-based medicine with a focus on patient safety and patient satisfaction
- Ability to perform (or desire to learn) office procedures
- Master’s degree in nursing (APRN) or
- Master’s Degree as Physician Assistant
- BLS, ACLS
- DEA
- Florida License (or eligible)
- Med/Dental/Vision available first day of employment
