The Role you ’ll contribute :
The Business Development Manager manages the development and implementation of policies, procedures and strategies for business development initiatives.
The Value you’ll bring To The Team:
- Collaborates with appropriate departments to develop effective marketing/business development plans. Markets opportunity to potential candidates
- Develops annual marketing/business development plan and budget
- Projects budgetary needs and monitors expenditures. Leads the collection, analysis, documentation and coordination of business development project
- Trains, coaches, and evaluates associates on performance expectations
- Establishes and maintains relationships with stakeholders and business partners to provide solutions
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field required
- Three years of technical experience required
- Two years of leadership/management experience required
