The Nurse educator plays a pivotal role in strengthening the nursing workforce, serving as a role model and providing the leadership needed to implement evidence-based practice.

The Value You’ll Bring To The Team
- Collaborates with the Education/ Manager/Director to identify educational goals and coordinates training process for staff as assigned
- Incorporates principles of adult learning in planning, implementation, and evaluation of education programs
- Assists with students and practicing nurses to identify their learning needs, strengths and opportunities and develop learning activities to grow skill set based on learning needs
- Develops/coordinates core education for the development of bedside leaders
- Evaluates the effectiveness of educational programming
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
- Associate Degree of Science in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing with 5 years of in-patient nursing experience
