AdventHealth Port Charlotte is a 254-bed hospital dedicated to providing whole-person care—body, mind, and spirit—to the communities of Charlotte County and beyond. As part of AdventHealth’s nationwide connected system of care, the hospital offers leading-edge neurology services, including advanced imaging, emergency stroke care and minimally invasive neurosurgical treatments. It is the only hospital in Charlotte County with a dedicated maternity unit, delivering specialized mom and baby care.
AdventHealth Port Charlotte is also recognized as an accredited Chest Pain Center with Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) by the American College of Cardiology, offering 24/7 heart attack treatment and comprehensive cardiovascular care. Additionally, the hospital is recognized as a Center of Excellence in Robotic Surgery by the Surgical Review Corporation (SRC), a distinction that acknowledges its surgeons for meeting rigorous national and international standards.
