PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Installs, tests, maintains and repairs mechanical machinery, equipment and systems as scheduled or needed
- Performs utility and structural repairs as needed, alone or in collaboration with internal/external trades
- Monitors repair of mechanical machinery, equipment and systems as scheduled or needed
- Documents and maintains records of inspections and work performed pursuant to departmental policies and warranty/vendor requirements
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
Education And Experience Required
- High School Grad or Equiv and 2 years experience
- Associate or Technical degree in a related field, or combination of High School degree and related experience
- Trade School Completion/Certification
- 3 of technical experience Preferred
