- Knowledgeable and participates in general departmental operations and able to perform duties in decontamination, disinfection, sterilization and storage processes.
- Monitors sterilization logs.
- Functions as a resource person for the department(s).
- Facilitates the operations of the department by prioritizing workload.
- Assists with planning and overseeing the orientation of new employees.
- Monitors and tracks the performance improvement indicators.
