Shift : Full-time; Monday-Friday

Job Location : Hybrid; onsite 3 days/week minimum

The Role You’ll Contribute

• Maintains all financing projects, debt related tracking and reporting, and coordinates all debt payments
• Assists in daily merchant services activities and preparation of analytics
• Assist in daily cash and banking services activities and preparation of analytics
• Assists in coordination of required financial reporting to third parties
  
  

The Value That You Bring To The Team

• Employee supports the maintenance of financing projects, debt tracking and reporting system. This includes:
• Maintaining financing approval documentation for each facility’s capital projects
• Updating financing projects listings and bond offering documents
• Working with the legal team to coordinate the Due Diligence information request process and responses from facilities.
• Assuring all bond debt is entered into the system and system data is accurate and current
• Preparing monthly reports for accounting to use in bond accounting entries to facilities
• Entering interest rates for variable rate debt on interest rate reset dates
• Preparing and distributing the weekly report of variable rate debt interest rates
• Reconciling payment notices from banks and the bond trustee to internal calculations to confirm accuracy
• Assuring that bond payments of principal and interest are accurate and made on a timely basis
• Assisting with creation of debt related PowerPoint slides used for internal and external presentations
• Maintaining cost of capital calculations on AdventHealth’s debt portfolio
• Employee supports the merchant services process for the company. This includes:
• Processing requests for new merchant accounts
• Acting as security administrator for online merchant systems
• Assisting in the development and ongoing performance of volume and fee analytics
• Assisting in the maintenance of the data base of individual merchant ID’s and the repository of all merchant service agreements
• Employee supports the cash and banking services process for the company. This includes:
• Assisting with security administration for online banking systems
• Assisting with the electronic funds transfer process
• Assisting in the development and ongoing performance of fee analytics
• Employee provides back up coverage for other Treasury Department employees as needed
  
  

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :

• Three years of business, finance, accounting or related experience
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or accounting
• PeopleSoft experience highly preferred
• Knowledge of treasury functions
• Advanced MS Excel knowledge
• MS office and other applications as needed
