The role you’ll contribute : This team member supports the Foundation’s operations through coordinating and submitting invoices, creating reports and presentations for the department’s leadership team, daily duties in electronic medical record, Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge NXT, assisting the Foundation team with Grateful Patient operations services, support employee giving and annual giving operations, timely donor stewardship, and other responsibilities that help the Foundation team streamline processes and procedures while driving progress and meeting goals.
We are looking for an energetic, passionate Development Associate to join our AdventHealth Waterman Foundation team! This team member will report to the Executive Director.
This team member performs a variety of administrative and operational duties to support the AdventHealth Waterman Foundation staff. This role requires someone with strong written and oral skills who can take direction and demonstrate the ability to be proactive and anticipate their team's needs. Additional skills include the ability to : coordinate projects from start to finish and meeting deadlines; excel with event logistics; ability to both plan and support meetings; manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and calendars for leadership; work nights and weekends as needed; and assist with data-oriented tasks and donor research.
