Shift : Day 7am-7pm OR Night 7pm-7am
The community you’ll be caring for: Float Pool AdventHealth Daytona Beach
The role you’ll contribute: The ANM is a registered professional nurse who supports the Nurse Manager in overall operations of their assigned unit.

- Performance Improvement - Demonstrates familiarity with the performance improvement model of the organization.
- Critical Thinking - Utilizes critical thinking skills in the performance of their duties as an ANM
- Business of Healthcare Delivery - Utilizes a working knowledge of health care economics as it applies to the delivery of patient care
- Critical Thinking - Utilizes critical thinking skills in the performance of their duties as an ANM
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :
Minimum qualifications :
- Graduate of school of nursing with a minimum of an Associate of Science degree or diploma.
- Active Florida RN license required or active multi-state RN license
- Charge nurse experience
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
