The community you’ll be caring for: AdventHealth Deland

The role you’ll contribute:
Performs CT and MRI imaging procedures. Assist Radiologist in special procedures such as biopsies. Maintains records of examinations performed. Obtains and documents patient clinical history. Performs darkroom, clerical and transport functions. Participates in standby call. Performs basic patient care with scope of practice and to departmental standards. Assists in Radiology Department as needed.
The value you’ll bring to the team:
- Performs CT and MRI imaging procedures.
- Positions patients and equipment, and selects technical factors to produce procedure images and data as needed to meet radiologist standards.
- Sends images to QC station and then to PACS and archives images
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :
- Minimum qualifications :
- Must be a graduate of an approved A.R.R.T. program with current A.R.R.T registration and Florida license in Radiography.
- Two years CT/MR experience required.
- CT/MR registry may be used as experience
- Preferred qualifications: These are qualifications are skills and competencies that you would like to see in an ideal candidate, such as experience in a SaaS company.
- Associate Degree
