The role youll contribute :
The Finance Manager interacts with Vice Presidents and department directors to provide relevant, accurate, and timely information. Coordinates the deployment of strategic information. Identifies financial improvement opportunities within the organization including revenue, cost, efficiency and productivity. Trains and develops staff with the appropriate financial experience and skills to prepare them for future leadership roles. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

- Plans and executes procedures and processes to accomplish goals within time established for one or more of the following :
Monthly financial close and reporting process
Daily and monthly labor reporting
Service Line reporting
Cost Allocation
Annual budget and Capital budget process
Strategic Information development
Drives process improvement strategies in coordination with operational owner. Determines the financial outcomes in support of process and program initiatives.
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences youll need to succeed :
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or finance-related field. Adequate accounting course work should include intermediate accounting and other upper level financial and accounting courses.
Minimum of two to four years experience in healthcare finance / accounting or related field
