Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at AdventHealth North Pinellas. As a member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality respiratory care to inpatients and outpatients.
About the Role
- This is a full-time position working 36 hours per week on a 12-hour night shift schedule.

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality respiratory care to patients, including invasive and non-invasive ventilation, oxygen therapy, and bronchoscopy.
- Conduct blood gas laboratory management and analyze results to make informed decisions about patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with various respiratory conditions.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with other members of the healthcare team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an approved school of respiratory therapy or equivalent training.
- 2-4 years of experience in an acute care environment, with expertise in blood gas laboratory management.
- Registration from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) or CRT certification.
- Current licensure from the Department of Professional Regulation of the State of Florida, with ongoing education requirements to maintain licensure.
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS certification.
