The role you’ll contribute:
The Training Analyst Manager is responsible for implementing the clinical, revenue cycle, and practice operations training strategies as well as helping to assess their outcomes. The Analyst Manager will collaborate with the Training Delivery Manager for the region as well as medical group leadership to identify, assess, prioritize, and address training and development needs among physician practice end users and carry out suitable training initiatives that result in standard, efficient, and sustained adoption of technologies used within the Physician Enterprise practices and medical groups. The Analyst Manager will maintain objectivity while assessing and prioritizing training needs based on performance and compliance with specific training plan goals and targets. The Analyst Manager will collaborate with the Physician Enterprise Practice Performance team to ensure that training content is developed and constantly refined to improve outcomes, and to ensure that the training that is delivered supports the process improvement and optimization targets identified by the Practice Performance Consultants and Manager. The Training Analyst Manager will build and maintain effective relationships with medical group customers as well as peers and other members of the Physician Enterprise Practice Performance team. The Analyst Manager will collaborate with clinical, financial, operations, and access team representatives to ensure the designed training strategies and education programs support best practice work flows. Successful Analyst Manager will be required to pass an Epic required competency and instruction test within 3 months of hire and at least annually thereafter; the test will evaluate both the functional/technical aspects of the Epic system as well as process and operations knowledge based on Physician Enterprise standards, policies and procedures. The Analyst Manager will be responsible for oversight and day to day supervision of the medical group Training Analyst team members.

- Support the training efforts related to Epic, other software applications, and continuing education training across the medical group.
- Work in cooperation with the Physician Enterprise Practice Performance team to deliver highly effective training to all levels of end users.
- Deploy a wide variety of training methods, reimagining creative and innovative tools, techniques and approaches to achieve excellent comprehension, proficiency, and performance results from end users.
- Deliver individual, small group, and large group training for both new and existing users including physicians, advanced practice providers, clinical support staff, front office staff, and professional/managerial staff. This includes classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, recorded webinars, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
- Deliver effective functionality and work flow training to end users.
- Coordinate training programs and ensure proper training materials are available prior to and during training.
- Assist in performing learning needs analysis and modify training plan as needed to ensure success of the training. Tailor training delivery based on the specific style of the adult learner to achieve the desired comprehension and proficiency.
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :
Minimum qualifications:
- High School graduate
- 5 years training experience in a healthcare environment
- 2 years physician practice operations experience
Preferred qualifications:
- Associate
- Bachelor's
- Experience in adult learner education/teaching experience
- Experience with process improvement methods and tools, e.g., Lean/Six Sigma
