The role youll contribute :
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is to minimize psychosocial stressors that have a negative impact on patient health. The LCSW works as a member of the primary care team providing psychosocial assessments, substance abuse consultation and referrals, brief therapeutic interventions, education, short term follow up and consultation to medical providers. LCSWs may also be asked to develop and / or facilitate psycho educational support groups. They also provide outpatient individual, family and collateral therapy to children and adults.
