This shared position will be based at AdventHealth Deland and Fish Memorial locations, which are conveniently situated within 15 minutes of each other and collectively house over 300 beds. Our state-of-the-art hospitals and clinics offer a unique blend of natural beauty and urban amenities.

Responsibilities
- Fellowship training in Palliative Care is required for this position.
- You should have Board Certification/Eligibility through ABIM and excellent communication skills.
- Guiding inpatient consultation services with an interdisciplinary team is also a key responsibility.
- You will need to educate facility staff, co-workers, and the community on palliative care.
- A patient-first mindset and ability to collaborate closely with consultants and support staff are essential.
