The community you’ll be caring for: Acute care rehab/therapy for adult population of all different diagnoses
The role you’ll contribute:
The Rehab Services Manager leads day-to-day operations and upholds clinical practice standards of the Therapy Services Department. Provides positive leadership and problem solving skills and is responsible for continuous quality improvement, budgeting, customer and staff feedback, training and development. The manager works cooperatively with other departments, the community and professional organizations to ensure quality services. Adheres to performance expectations and performs all defined services and other related duties in accordance with the mission, vision and values of Florida Hospital Medical Center.

- Responsible for the clinical practice within the assigned departments
- Assures safe, effective delivery of clinical services
- On a daily basis, demonstrates presence or involvement in department
- Rounds and interacts with physicians, staff, patients, families, and customers
- Available to problem solve, support and assist the team
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
- Bachelors, Masters or Clinical Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech Therapy required.
- Minimum 5-7 years of clinical experience required.
- Advanced preparation of certifications in clinical specialty preferred
- Valid driver’s license required.
